If for any reason you cannot find our vehicle and driver please call us immediaitly on +027-(0)217131020. Do not leave without contacting us or you will be billed as a no show.On arrival, our transfer driver will meet you at Cape Town International Airport, Station or Harbour after you have fetched your luggage and passed through customs and immigration (if applicable).

We will then transfer you to your hotel, private address or wherever to be in Cape Town or surrounds.
Our driver will transfer you in a reliable, safe and certified vehicle.
On departure our transfer driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel or at any address in the Western Cape for a hassle free transfer to the airport, station or harbor. We will advise pickup time to ensure 2 hours for international check in and 1 hour for domestic check in.

- If you choose to do a direct internet money transfer or a cash deposit into our bank account, then please ensure that you fax/or email us a proof of payment.
- You will be provided with our banking details once you have chosen the option of internet transfer or cash deposit as your payment method (below).

The price of the services ordered is not refundable. Substitute services to the same value may be booked instead.
Within 24 hours you will receive an email reconfirming your order. There will be no further confirmation after you receive this email.
If you are going to be early, late or if you are delayed, you must call us on our 24 hour no: +27-(0)21-7131020 to ensure we are there to meet you. Failure to inform us will result in cancellation for no show. No refunds will be entertained. That said, we do track flight numbers supplied by yourself and meet the flight indicated by you at the confirmed time given to us by airport authorities.
